The Role:

We’re looking for enterprising and ambitious individuals keen to build a fast-track career in Tech Sales to join us as Business Development Representatives.

As a member of our fast-growing sales team, you’ll have great insight into how the full sales-cycle works, exposure to high profile customers, a strong knowledge of our product, all backed by strong mentorship and training.

We care deeply about learning and development and will support you as you grow. You’ll have opportunities to learn from experienced account execs, including participating in initial meetings and gaining a deep understanding how to sell in a high-growth technology company focused on Public Relations.

Our Sales Career Progression Program is designed to help fast-track the career growth of high-achieving BDRs into a higher earnings full sales cycle Account Executive positions.

Your role will focus on:

  • Account mapping and researching potential accounts that fit our Ideal Customer Profile
  • Sourcing qualified contacts using our persona guidelines
  • Leverage tools to prioritize account out-reach
  • Add accounts/contacts in customized sales cadences
  • Making calls both cold and warm outreach
  • Setting meetings to generate pipeline for sales team
  • Having fun while learning and being successful

The qualifications below are ideal, but not all are required. We encourage candidates to apply if they satisfy some, but not all of the qualifications.

    • Bachelor’s degree
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Comfortable talking on the phone with exceptional objection handling
    • Entrepreneurial attitude, specifically tenacity, resourcefulness and a strong desire to win
    • Superb time management skill, ability to prioritize tasks and ability to meet deadlines with little supervision
    • Detail-oriented with the ability to quickly internalize and put feedback and coaching into practice
    • Experience and/or willingness to work in a fast-paced, start-up environment with a hands-on approach
    • 0-2 years' sales experience
    • Tech experience would be a plus
